Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Dai Bui Photography. By booking a session or a workshop you sign into this agreement.

DEPOSIT & BALANCE:
a. You must pay 50% deposit for your session or workshop. The remaining 50% session fee/workshop fee must be paid at least 1 week before receiving the final products and 2 weeks before the course start date. Failure to pay the remainder of the fee will result in your losing place in the workshop or losing your reservation of your session and you will not receive a refund of deposit. The final payement will be invoiced.
b. By booking you sign into the agreement in accepting the photographe’s editing style.

CANCELLATION:
a. If you need to cancel after any payement is made, you will need to sell your seat in order to receive a refund.
b. The photographer reserve the full right to decline and to refuse the client’s session or request anytime for some reason.

TRAVEL AND LODGING:
Attendees are responsible for own travel, lodging and medical insurance. After registration we will provide recommended accommodations and travel information.
Dai Bui Photography is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property arising from incidents occurring at the workshop.

IMAGE USAGE AFTER A WORKSHOP:
All images taken can be used in your portfolio (website and online). Attendees are not permitted to use images taken at the workshop for commercial purposes. Images must not be submitted to magazines, exhibitions or competitions. Images must not be used to advertise photo shoots, workshops or products. You agree that you may be subject to legal liability if you use any images comercially.
Attendees must agree that all the informations learned at this workshop are strictly for personal.
You agree that you may be subject to legal liability if you fail to follow this terms and conditions. Attendees must credit ‘Dai Bui Photography’ when posting images on social media.

CREATIVE LICENCE, COVERAGE AND REPRODUCTION
a. Due to a variety of lighting conditions of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs.

b. Although all equipment is checked regularly  and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.

COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
The copyright Designs and concepts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. The entire copyright, title, and intellectual property rights of any images will remain that of the Photographer at all times throughout the world.

SOCC FILES/ RAW DIGITAL NEGATIVE FILES
a. All digital negatives packages don’t include in the packages. b. Client has no right to take the SOCC images & RAW files, but only the final product in jpeg format.
c. The photographer reserve the right to delete all photos after 2 weeks, because of the limited stockage space.
d. Should the digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed for the reasons beyond control, the photographer is not responsible.

DELIVERY
1. The photographer will endeavour to deliver digital in Jpeg format as soon as possible. However this could take 4-6 weeks during busy periods.

HD FILES & SCREEN RESOLUTION FILES
2. HD quality : 300dpi
3. Screen Resolution: 72dpi

RIGHT TO A CREDIT
The Photographer asserts both his moral right to be identified as the author of his work and the right to credit where possible.

USE
Other externe manipulation of the images which is not done from the photographer is not allowed. The photographer reserve the full right to accept or decline the clients requests for additional post-progressing after receiving the files.

ARCHIVING OF IMAGES
All final images will be stored and archived by the photographer for 2 weeks – 1 year.

APPLICABLE LAW
The agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
