Ordinary portraits can become extraordinary when we take our time to learn some new techniques and skills. With a bit of mindfulness and bit of practicing time, we will see a lot of opportunities everywhere we look. <3 Generally, I like to keep it simple! Very often, there doesn't necessarily have to be a lot going on in our image to get a great portrait.     I would like to share with you few of my photos ta I would like to share with you few of my photos taken during the creative Workshop led by me. It was such a funny and inspirational class with 8 talented students. This time I invited my students to step out of their confort zone and to get inspired by each other. Every time I see my teaching with a sense of "play" and I practice curiosity by asking questions or by simply listing without judgment. During this time I love to invite my students to share their idea as well. I believe that thought collaboration the best concepts can be excecuted... 🙏 As you see, the first concept came thought collaboration with a student during our first capture about playing with shadow. It was a test shot and came out better than expected! Everyone did great job! Each of one in his/her own and unique way! They are not only great photographer, but also open-minded models as well! If you know me, you know that I like to create a memorable atmosphere of caring, love and fun.     I have been up since 5a.m. So much to prepare for I have been up since 5a.m. So much to prepare for today and tomorrow. Finally, I finished my very first Wedding photos this evening :) and now I'm almost ready for my upcoming sessions… I love this image so much and I couldn't resist to share with you another image from my Masterclass before continuing to prepare for my next outdoor shootings.     SOPHIA I'm sorry, long time no see! Back home aft SOPHIA I'm sorry, long time no see! Back home after 3 weeks in Germany. Love this photo so much! This is my favorite photo taken during my 1-2-1 Masterclass in Switzerland before going to Germany. When Sophia came in my studio for the first time I immediately knew that one regular session would not be enough. Her mind is always full of wonder and enthusiasm! During our photo shooting I also nourished my child in me. She reminds me that childlike wonder still lives inside us, no matter our age. Finding awe everyday can truly transform our life. Yes, children can teach us so much about living life and we can learn from them to be better adults. Please, don't get me wrong, being an adult is pretty awesome :), but as we grow into adulthood, we might be letting go of a little more than we should... What I appreciate especially about children is they are so naturally mindful. They are born with the gift of being able to live fully in the now. They don't really care what happened before, or worry about what's going to happen next week... If you've never contemplated mindfulness, try to take a moment to focus on your breaths by simply using your different senses to capture the essence of the time and space you are right now. It's a wonderful experience to be reconnected with the essence and simplicity of life. So grateful to have the opportunity to slow down, get in touch with what's in me and notice what's around me. I see this art of conscious living as a RESET bottom for myself. <3 Wishing you a new start of the week!     It's been a while since my last competition. I've It's been a while since my last competition. I've been so busy that I only had time to enter one photo in Children Category at TPM in the last minute... but at least it did well. I won 3rd Place in Children's category @ The Portrait Masters Competition 2022. Thank you the beautiful Sophia and mum Dulce for trusting me! Little Sophia did such an amazing work! <3 This image is one of my favourite about "Sowing seeds" that I created during my recent Creative Children Fine Art Workshop in Geneva (CH) for my one year students. I think a seed can make itself...but it needs help and care. I see children as different flowers. You never know what sort of flower your children have the potential to become, but firstly a seed must fall or be planted into hospitable soil with suitable conditions... Especially, it needs a lot of love & understanding, kindness, care & time,... It needs you! <3 Enjoy your summer with your loved ones!
